    • Carefully open the sterile substrate bag.

    • Break up the fully colonized grain and evenly mix it into the sterile substrate.
    • Seal the bag tightly and compact the mixture.

  • Incubate

    • Store the sealed bag in a dark, warm area.
    • Allow the substrate to fully colonize over the next 2-3 weeks.

  • Once fully colonized, open the bag to introduce fresh air and light.
  • Maintain humidity and wait for mushrooms to develop.
