Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, shipping method, and destination. The exact shipping fee will be displayed during checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages While we strive to ensure a smooth delivery process, once your order leaves our facility, shipping times and any delays are beyond our control. If your package is delayed or lost or not received but marked as delivered, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for assistance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen packages or undeliverable package. If further help is needed, feel free to reach out to us. If your package is returned to us with incomplete address or undeliverable you may request reshipment after paying for shipping costs.
