Grow mushrooms at home with our 4 lb All-in-One Mushroom Grow Bag. It's the same formula as our best-selling 6 lb bag in a smaller size, great for first-time growers or anyone who wants to grow a small batch.
Every bag comes fully prepared and sterilized, so there's no prep work. Add your liquid culture (sold separately) through the injection port, and you're ready to start growing.

What's inside the bag
- Sterilized milo sorghum grain: hydrated and layered at the bottom of the bag for fast colonization.
- Nutrient-rich substrate: premium coco coir, vermiculite, gypsum, Azomite and worm castings for strong, healthy mycelium growth.

How to use
- Inoculate: inject your liquid culture through the self-healing port. Culture is sold separately.
- Colonize: let the grain layer fully colonize, about 3 weeks.
- Mix: gently mix the grain into the substrate and pat the contents down.
- Colonize again: let the mycelium grow through the whole bag, about 3 more weeks.
- Fruit: fruit in the bag, or transfer to a fruiting chamber for more room.
